In the town of Mahanagar a monster who eats brain has caused terror. When the secret opens we come to know about a tribe who eats human flesh and has been hannibal for years. People become agitated and find four young scientists who were researching on brain. Nagraj tries to save those scientists and hands them to police. But a mysterious being removes them from police custody and they come to know that they were fighters in their earlier lives. They were the fighters who fought against the Adamkhor tribe. In this Tilasmi war Nagraj fights along with these heroes to save the world from these Adamkhors.
