The story of Kuttapanti Doga comics yet again brings us an amazing artwork and storyline from Raj comics. The action hero Doga is vigilanty who has promised to erase crime from his city of Mumbai. The comic book starts with a man named Jacky killing government dogs who used to serve the police but have become old and he thinks they are now a burden on them. In a building some people send an agent to Mumbai to ensure that no dog is left behind and reaches Doga so that the dogs do not reveal the secret of this killing to our super hero.
Some good police officers are also trying to save these dogs. Meanwhile at Lion Gym where Adrak Chacha is teaching his students and Monica arrives with a friend who says that Mumbai police has started a campaign called Swamibhakt Rakhwale scheme. Where they are helping stray dogs and she has come up with a donation box where students can donate to protect these dogs.
We are then taken to police colony where a dog handler named Karunakaran is in civil dress and is taking his dogs for a walk. Meanwhile some cops come here and start shooting his dogs. However the trainer asks his dogs to run away. All of a suddent Doga comes in and kills these cops and saves the life of Doga. However seeing doga the trainer asks his dogs to catch him but they are unable to restrain doga as dogs can talk to Doga.
On the other hand the Swamibhakt scheme has started and police is training stray dogs to become K9 police dogs under Karunakaran. He comes to the commissioner and tells everything about the incident. He also tells that the cops who were shooting his dogs were imposters and not real cops. People around the city are happy because now street dogs are helping them catch thieves and kids are not scared of them. Monica one day shampoos a few dogs and helps them.
The story is then shifted to Suresh who is a customs officer and has a dog, he is killed while he was playing cricket indoors with his family. This was made to look like a suicide. His dog Brando has seen all this and was kidnapped by th burglers, who then want to finish him but Doga comes to the rescue. The dog tells Doga how his master was murdered. He finds the killers with the help of Doga and takes the revenge. When he reaches home he is also shot by some stranger.
Some dogs who are in the bomb detection squad also die when they bark and find bombs near metro station. In a different story a dog named Cobra saves his master from burglers along with the help of Doga. One day a man was watching TV when some burglers come to steal money meanwhile doga arrives with a Doga and saves the family. The burglers are caught but ones again in the end of the story a dog is shot.
The comic ends with question mark of who is killing these dogs and what is the motive behind it. We also come to know that Swati and his brother are hiding their face because a mad man had burnt their faces with firecrackers. What will happen in the next story find out by reading this amazing comics and its next part called Kuttaghati.
The story is well written and so is the artwork. How ever we are left with a lot of questions and lets see what happens next.
