How to make Besan Ke Ladoo recipe
Laddu or Laddoo is a common Indian, Pakistani and Bengali sweet dish that is often prepared during festivals or household events such as weddings. It is made of flour and other ingredients formed into balls that are dipped in sugar syrup. Here is the complete recipe with video
Ingredients
Gram flour (besan) (2 cups), Almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts (chopped) (1 tsp each), Ghee (1 cup), Sugar (grinded) (1½ cup)
Method Of Preparation
Take a wok and mix ghee and besan or gram flour in it over the low heat. Mix it with continuously stirring to avoid the formation of lumps. It is cooked when it gives and appetizing smell. Now remove it from the heat and let it cool down. Now add sugar and nut and mix through and after that make the balls of the mixture size almost equal to the size of ping pong ball. These laddoos are ready to serve
