6 new cheap mobiles included to Samsung Guru Series
Samsung’s Guru Series is quite famous for its low cost handsets. The company has expanded the Guru range by adding as many as six new handsets to the series.
The new additions to the Guru lineup are the Guru 1070, Guru 1100, Guru 1125, Guru 1210, Guru 1310 and Guru 1410 — all low-cost handsets. The top-end ones amongst these come with features like FM radio, Bluetooth, speakers and even a mobile tracker that will help you find the phone in case it’s stolen.
The Guru 1070 and the 1100 are the new low-end kings. Both the devices feature a 65k CSTN display, speakerphone, advanced mobile tracker and polyphonic ringtones. These devices also come with the bright torch feature. Both phones support MP3 downloadable ringtones and come with pre-installed bollywood ringtones and the popular game Sudoku. The Guru1070 and Guru1100 handsets are priced at Rs.1,649 and Rs.1,779 respectively.
Next in line are the models that are slightly up the features ladder. The Samsung Guru 1125, Guru 1210 and Guru 1310 are FM capable handsets. The trio sports a 65K Colour CSTN display, advanced mobile tracker, 40 polyphonic ringtones, a “Hinglish” database and there is this nifty little feature which can help you set your talk time per month The Samsung Guru1125 will cost you Rs.2,149, the Guru 1210 is priced at Rs.2,259 while the Guru 1310 handset is priced at Rs.2,649.
Two of these phones – Guru1100 and Guru1125 also have a unique ‘Mobile Prayer’ feature. This one allows you to set your mobile prayer according to your religious preference.
Lastly, we have the top of the line Guru device – the Guru 1410. This one has built-in dual loud speakers and has 4MB of internal memory, which can be expanded to 2GB. Then there is FM radio, Bluetooth and stereo FM. The Guru 1410 with 1GB Micro SD memory card is priced at Rs.3,429.
