Bigg Boss 20 episode 50 came on Sunday, 25 October 2026. It was one of those evenings when you just don’t bother checking your phone. Salman Khan wasn’t around this weekend, so Rohit Shetty took the host chair for both Weekend Ka Vaar shows. And he didn’t come to be nice.
In case you missed it, here is the full recap from start to finish.

First, the Saturday shock: Mary Kom is out
To understand Sunday, you need Saturday. In episode 49, Rohit Shetty did something nobody expected and announced the eviction a day early. Seven housemates were nominated this week: Mary Kom, Uditi Singh, Aamrapali Dubey, Manish Goel, Arishfa Khan, Love Gill and Kushal Tanwar (Gullu).
Under a new lifeline rule, Manish Goel lost one of his two lives, so he’s still in the game but on his last chance. Mary Kom had only one life left, and she lost it. The Olympic medallist left the house about seven weeks after she walked in as the senior-most contestant. The housemates sang “You are a champion” as she left, and Aamrapali was in tears. Mary Kom told them she wouldn’t have spared any of them if she had stayed. Classic boxer energy.
Rohit also pulled up Aasif Khan over how he behaved with Qazi Touqeer during nominations, and told Mahhi Vij she keeps switching friendships depending on the weekend feedback. But the biggest topic, by far, was ScoutOP and Love Gill.
Sonakshi and Zaheer’s game leaves Love Gill in tears
Sunday started on a lighter note. Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal came in to promote their film Tu Hai Meri Kiran, which released on 23 October. They played a game with ScoutOP in the middle, asking him to pick between Yung DSA and Love in different made-up situations.
Scout picked Love a few times. It looked like a fun task, but once the guests left, Love broke down badly. Scout tried to talk to her and she asked him to leave her alone. Mahhi and Aamrapali went to calm her, but she kept crying for a long time. After Saturday’s lecture about the two of them, the whole thing felt heavy.
Farrhana Bhatt wants Qazi to take the trophy home
Farrhana Bhatt, last season’s first runner-up who lost to Gaurav Khanna, came to promote her first song. She sang a few lines with Qazi Touqeer and said she wants to see him win and take the trophy to Kashmir. It was easily the sweetest five minutes of the night.
A Khatron Ke Khiladi style task, with shocks
Since Rohit Shetty was hosting, of course there was a stunt. In this communication task, one person walked a path full of cones with a blindfold on, and their partner had to guide them by voice. The catch? Every time the blindfolded player touched a cone, the guide got an electric shock.
Aasif Khan walked blindfolded while Love Gill guided him. In the second pair, Aamrapali Dubey walked and Gullu gave directions. It was messy, loud and pretty funny, which the episode badly needed.
The big moment: Kaashvi Hiranandani confronts ScoutOP
Near the end, Rohit told the house someone had come to meet ScoutOP. It turned out to be his girlfriend, gaming creator Kaashvi Hiranandani. Rohit made it clear the makers hadn’t invited her. She came on her own.
She didn’t waste time. She first asked Love whether she treats all her “muh-bole bhai” the same way. Then she turned to Scout and asked if he had gone into the house to be taken care of, and how his “massage parlour” was doing. She said his closeness with Love was embarrassing for her and her family, told him Love had trapped him (“usne aapko phasaya hai aur aap phas gaye”), and asked him to cut Love out completely.
Scout looked shaken and apologised to her. A few housemates tried to tell Kaashvi they hadn’t seen anything wrong in the bond. Before she left, she asked Yung DSA to look after things.
What happened after the episode
The drama didn’t stop when the episode ended. Love Gill’s team posted a statement calling the online hate a “public execution of her character” and asking why only she was being blamed. Kaashvi later apologised on social media and said she never meant to direct hate at anyone. ScoutOP’s team also put out a note asking fans to trust his character. Inside the house, Love has already confronted Scout and said he spoiled her career.
My take on episode 50
This was a strong Weekend Ka Vaar, and Rohit Shetty’s “no filter” style suited it. But I’ll be honest, the Kaashvi segment made me a bit uncomfortable. Scout is an adult, and he could have drawn his own lines weeks ago. Most of the heat still landed on Love. Let’s see if the Scout and Love bond survives week 8, and whether Manish Goel can hold on with just one life left.
