The CA Pe2 exam consists of 6 papers of which the candidates have to score a minimum of 40% aggregate of 300 marks out of a possible 600.
The 6 papers are divided into 2 groups

- Business and Corporate Laws
GROUP – II
- Cost Accounting and Financial Management
- Income Tax & Central Sales Tax Paper
