Delhi book fair is being held at Pragati Maidan from 27 August to 4 September. Many comics and books stalls can be seen at the fair including Rajcomics and Diamond books. Big publishers like Oxford and Cambridge were also available.
With more than 300 Indian and foreign publishers will taking part in the fair to be inaugurated by Union Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal, there is a book for nearly everyone.

As the fight for Lok Pal bill continues today on 16th August Anna Hazare was arrested from his residence in Mayur Vihar before he could reach the place of protest, other members including Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and Kiran Bedi- were detained too and taken to the police mess in DTC buses. Eminent lawyer Shanti Bhushan was detained at Rajghat. Protesters and supporters of Anna and Lokpal Bill were seen all along. Citizens from around the country are coming forward to assist Anna in his fight against corruption and the declined to accept the government’s format of Lokpal bill.
